Bonnie Seitz Counselling

My name is Bonnie Seitz, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), and I am an approved counsellor by the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA). I am currently accepting new clients online. Here is a little bit about me to help you understand how I approach the world, and thus, the therapeutic relationship we could create together.

My approach is client-centered, meaning I work with you to create the best treatment plan and collaborate together to set attainable goals for support and healing. It is vital to me to create a sacred space that works for you, no matter what your needs are. My ultimate goal as a counsellor is to guide you on your journey of self-healing and exploration.

To do this, I use a combination of holistic, neurological, and somatic techniques. Some lenses I use are Somatic theories, attachment theory and trauma informed approach, just to name a few of the therapeutic modalities.
