Online Counselling
My practice is run entirely online, so there's no need to worry about making it into my office or missing sessions due to traffic. Before our first session, I will send you a link to a secure video chat service, like Skype but with encryption that is both PEPIDA and HIPAA compliant. As long as you have a private place with a decent internet connection available, you have everything you need.
My rates are in line with BCACC standard for a 1-hour session. I am available for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions, though this can be adjusted according to your needs.
If cost is a concern for you, I do offer a sliding scale when needed. Please contact me and we can discuss an option which will be sustainable for you.
